I train clients at STEEL GYM NYC, in their own private gyms, or gyms located in their residential buildings or in their homes in Manhattan, and Jersey City. My hours are from 4am-Midnight Mon thru Sat. I do not train on Sundays.
I am a nationally certified, insured, independant professional from Houston, Texas where I was voted Best Personal Trainer, by OUTSMART Magazine. I do not believe in the hardselling of personal training packages in the commercial health club industry, and have been training privately for 6 years with great success with ALL of my clients.
I do require a six week commitment with all new clients. I GUARANTEE my work, so I have to ensure that we have enough time for us to get marked results in your first six weeks. I don't know another trainer who can put a guarantee in his or her PT contracts. It takes us a couple of weeks for strength testing and conditioning so that I may push you to the limits necessary for good results, and for me to work on a diet that will work for you. I cannot push you to your limits before conditioning you without possibly causing strains or injury, which would set you back from reaching your goals. Then I work with you for the remaining four weeks, focused on your fitness goals, and coaching you all along the way to reaching them. The intitial six weeks consists of 18 one on one sessions, and diet counseling and modification. You will notice a marked difference in your body, your energy, and your mental focus after six weeks.
I will teach you enough in the initial six weeks that you may be able to go on your own afterward, however for the best results, I recommend continuing with me. A perfect body is something that takes time to fine tune. Optimum Physical Fitness is a way of life, and it is not something that can be obtained OR LOST overnight.
In my program I teach you how to eat for fuel, and energy, rather than for comfort. I base my dietary recommendations for each individual client on his or her needs and fitness goals. I offer advice on how to change your current diet, I can design diets specifically tailored to your lifestyle, and I teach you how to prepare fit-meals, ready to go for the week for those who are unable to eat at home during the day. Following my program is guaranteed to get results or I will refund your money!
